Endearing tale of Love taken for granted, found and confirmed. Beautiful dialogs all the time. I especially enjoy how little Cassandra gives Alexander a piece of her mind. The little dear one is wise beyond her years and I like her a lot. The way that she brings our dear Ones back together is most endearing.

I appreciate it that *our* Hephaestion needs to take a *time out*. You describe him so well, his many appointments and his smooth ways of making the army function. No wonder he needs his rest - but also that Alexander truly tells him how much he is loved and appreciated!

I love how insecure Hephaistion is and how he goes off by himself. Fave part is when Alexander asks Phai to repeat the question he asked him that morning. *sighs love that*

What a wonderful story! A really sweet, enjoyable tale. I enjoyed Alexander's discussion with Cassandra in particular and from feeling concern for Hephaistion in the first instance it's a joy to see his happiness return. Thanks for this.

Nice story. I loved the line about Alexander being bonded and making vows to Hephaistion for ten years. It showed the difference between the King and the man, the man who loved Hephaistion. Full of lots of sweet phrases and passages. Hope to see more soon!

Very sweet! I loved Little Cassandra! She really let the King have it (very subtle like :)). I enjoyed this short story and esp loved the ending! Cant wait to see more stories soon!
