I was surprised to find a story on this shipping, however, I think it could have been executed better.
For starters, the story felt more like a Commenershipping, instead of EntourageShipping.
Then came the problem of the characters not acting the way they usually do.
Though I do believe you can continue to be an amazing fan fiction writer.

All I have to say is: YES.

It's hard finding a Crystalshipper more-or-less a Crystalshipping story. I knew I wasn't the only one! This makes me want to write the Eusine/Crystal trilogy that's been tucked away in my mind for months.

I'm going to start writing it now.

I see this is the only one so far that doesn't seem to have garnered any reviews. I'm not a fan of Granted, you know that, but I'll do my best to review this. A pre-story pet peeve though, does Ruby's "antenna" as you called it really that bothersome? I mean it's just a cowlick, for god's sake it's not even that big, you know I used to have one. Now I feel all hated and freaky. TT_TT

I like how it doesn't just have Yellow forgive him just because she's Yellow, but that it goes into detail about WHY Yellow forgives him. It really draws a line about what should be forgiven and why versus just forgiving him for the sake of being nice.

Maybe it's because I don't like Granted, but at first I thought any romantic implication sort of damaged the message sent by Yellow's actions and Lance eventually becoming kind of good hearted. But now I view it as an on the side kind of thing. Like they're there (it's GrantedShipping, I expected it to be a little hinted towards romance) but they aren't the reason Lance and Yellow have gotten this close and Lance's feelings have changed. Which is a nice change of pace from a lot of PokeSpe fics where romance is the sole motivating factor and the only reason anybody does anything.

It also works for me personally because I like the idea of Lance and Yellow putting aside everything that Lance tried to do and Lance becoming a good person but falling in love over that alone would really bother me. So I enjoy that you went with a 99% platonic route.

Is there anything really wrong with it? Well no but I have to wonder, does Lance just wander back into town or what? Yellow finds him but what about Green, or Silver since he's probably back in the area? Just curious. We're probably supposed to assume he's either avoided their detection or that Green chose to let Yellow handle it or something but still.

It's not perfect but I still enjoy this story. It sets up an interesting sub-plot as well as helping the reader easily identify with the characters and what's going on in their heads. It has a narrative charm that keeps me reading it too. There's just a charm to it period. It's hard to explain. I give the story a 9/10. Good job.
