Usually, we'll get it by context. Though since I write in Dean's voice for "Incubus" saying cock and dick seem fitting as that seems his vocabulary. ;-)

Now, that's just my little preachy thing I pass onto all promising slash writers, as it's a personal pet peeve. But who cares! This was Awesome.
