Wow, just wow. I really wish you had finished this. It sounds like it would have been great. Not that the before chapters aren't, it's just that it's dissapointing to know so much would have happened and I only have a summary to know what could have been. I know it's your choice, and I respect that. Just speakin' my mind as usual.

Anyway, great story. It's very well written with an amazing plotline that I love. It was very easy to get into it, and once I was in I couldn't get out. Good job, you are a good writer.

Darn, I am sad that I could not read this epic. It would have been tense and amazing. Summaries never let you do justice to the idea. That Coraline is such a naughty girl and I'm glad that Sarah takes her out. I knew that dang Elias was a nasty fellow. Interesting not to have Mick sire Beth, probably better since he has such difficulty with the idea.

I prefer the idea that Beth broke off with Josh than how the series had her running back to him, especially after the NY visit. Turning down a chance to see New York with Mick so she could run back to Josh ( much less sleep with him again!) when she new deep down she was in love with Mick made no sense at all and was a very bad plot move. Even the fact that Beth was a bit freaked out by what happened to sarah does not explain things taking that direction and I consider it one of the few bad moves the series took. It would have been better this way, IMO.

I also appreciate the idea that vampires have a community much like that of the Catholic religion, culminating in the idea of conclave to determine a place on the council. It's a very reasonable continuation of what we saw in Sonata which revealed the vampire community having strict rules about certain things and which would have to be administered by representatives from the various regions of the country. Had the show continued, I suspect we would have gotten more of that and I can easily imagine this scenario happening.

LOL! Leave it to you to pull a surprise out and give us a love scene that I will think about at a most inconvenient time. Like that procedural meeting at work tomorrow maybe. You'll know which one I am...I'll be the only one smiling like loon! chuckle!

What an amazing love scene. And writing it from both of their perspectives made it...do I dare say...enjoyable for the reader!

Good God...my house could have been on fire and I would have told the firemen I'd be out as soon as I finish reading this story! Got a little fire of my own going here guys! Whew!

How Beth was still awake after all that is beyond me, but I honestly wouldn't know... But at last! The miracle has occurred! *bounces around* I'm so excited to read what happens next!

OK, so while the rest of us poor slobs were doing mundane things like eating, sleeping, doing the dishes or the laundry...you were up to eyeballs in this!

This was wonderful...not just in the amount of writing (which I really enjoyed...very much like a book and I forgot I was reading an online fantasy story) but the feelings you give us from these characters. I love them all...ok, Coraline and Malcolm less than the others. But you've got to have a villain for the hero...but you have so brought us inside of the Kostan personality.

His elevator encounter with Coraline was very telling. Her being able to enthrall him for even a moment was disturbing and obviously to him as well. He knows he's not on top of his game.

The dream sequence with Sarah was sad and showed us how much guilt he feels about her botched turning with just a grain of hope. The carrot being held out to him.

And then this little subplot you have going with Elias and Beth. Creepy!

You have quite a juggling act keeping up with all these characters and plots but it's coming off great!

I haven't seen anything out of character with Granny and Robert. I had to laugh at 'Bobby' though. I hadn't thought of him like that but everyone has an unseen side... It was nice of you to include a note to jat in your author's notes. She wrote such wonderful characters.

I'll get back to doing my routine and boring chores. I have several great stories to read and I think there is another chapter from you. Do you even take time to breathe girl! LOL!

I mentioned in my review for "Moonlight" that I'd watched the whole series again... I've decided that Josef is officially the most badass (yet tragic) vampire EVER. X)
