I just noticed a small inaccuracy in you'r story.

The opposite of Legilimency is Occlumency, which may be used to shield one's mind from the invasion and influence of a Legilimens.

HA! I KNEW it was Snape that sent the spell! Wow, that really was petty as hell. Seriously, shoving Harry into warded closets with boys would've been better and more productive than that spell.

No, I'd say this had a plot. The plot involved saving Draco from his potential self-sacrifice. Finding out who cursed Harry was a small side plot that didn't require an answer. Though it was hinted at enough that the reader could determine it, even if the characters couldn't.

Extremely well done story.

So my theory (as it rests currently) is that the spell that Draco used to wake Harry up is one that gave Harry Draco's magic [which is why Draco's wand works better and he can no longer preform spells]
