normally I dont review much in aweseome fics, but in this case I just have to make an exception 3.
This was truly one of the best fanfictions I have read altogether even though I am present in more than a few fandoms :) .
I really appreciate the work you have put into this and all in all the emotions and characters are all very well thought out and comprehensibly shown. Combined with the good writing style it is truly a remarkable piece of art .
I only have one thing to criticise : It was never ever possible for me to make out what the Deal between L and Mello was / is. So I think a better conclusion at the End would have been possible, but thats only complaining on a very high niveau.
Also you mentioned a sequel later on, but I had trouble sorting it out ? It is even published yet ? If not I guess it is very unlikely that it will ever be, because of the big time span of over 4 years ? :(
But as I said a very great fanfiction with believable story and a great story plot. I wish I could see something like that more often. I wish you great sucess in future works and stay determined !

I just wanted to tell you that I just finished to read your story and... wow. I just... I don't really have words to describe how I felt while I was reading it. I just loved it. Even if the story with Near and L is dark, I don't know I just found something really pure about your entire fic in general. And I like the way your Mello is not 100% black or white as in too many fics here.

Oh my gosh... I don't normally leave reviews before the end of a story, but this is just too cute to resist! It's the right kind of fluff, it's not sappy confessions, or sloppy make out sessions, it's a glimpse into the sides characters normally hidden from the prying eyes of the world. And it's beautiful. This is so adorable, at first I wasn't sure about L being a rapist, because, of course, in MY eyes he's the sweetest cinnamon roll in the world, but it's turning out just fine! Somehow, you always find a way to tie everything together, much like the original anime itself! I hope I could be a helpful boost of confidence, so please be happy and continue writing as well as this! (PS, I know just how amazing reviews are... They feel like a life source to me!)

This story is awesome! You're a very good writer and you somehow managed to express Mello's fears and desires just perfectly. I don't know why, but I am certain if this had really happened, he would have acted just like that.
Though, something is still torturing me...
