I have ferrets! And this was hilarious! I loved the whole napping in a warm spot thing and of course his protection of Elena and a girl named lanny? Was that Elena's nickname or something? Anyway, hilarious and touching all at once.

God, your 'In Short' fics are awesome! My favorite drabbles were Stain, Leaves, Proof, Mesh, Alone, Fall, Crowd, Push, Idea, More, Daydream, Nightmare (the best, hands down), Honor, Chocolate, Sensual, Death (reminds me of The Sandman), Tears (had me laughing almost like Reno was), Bonds, and Hair. This was one of my favorite 'In Short' fics, but Zack's was my def fave!
