I've enjoyed reading this, and how after Stella has pulled Mac up from the debris, he offers her something in return. I also liked how you ended with the last line that 'Mac had come home'. Look forward to reading some more stories from you :)

ok, so i gotta admit that i was not impressed with the first chapter but i am really liking this now!

That was one of the best SMacked stories I've read on here. It was so beautiful and touching, I loved how you had Stella just knowing where he'd be and it was so sweet that Mac confided in her. The last chapter was great, it was nice to see Mac bing there for Stella and that although he misses Claire, he loves Stella. Plus, how cute was it when Lindsay and Danny walked in! x

Really good story. Well written and just brilliant. It show what most of us know: under Mac's hard exterior he's a human being.

I'm adding it to my alerts just in case there's more. :D
