I like your story, but since I like the irken empire, it always bugs me to see plans to 'easily defeat them'.

Okay, that ending was just...weird. The part with the aliens makes it seem like you're going to do a sequel (are you?), and then the part back on Earth, while funny (nice to know Skoodge was having a good time!) didn't really have much to do with the rest of the story. But anyway, not bad, and overall this was very interesting. Nice work.
