Awesome story! Haha, funny how casual Kitty and Bart are. My fave scene would be when the lights went on. LOL That was hilarious and totally embarrassing! They make a cute couple. I'm glad James is back, he's a sweet little guy. Happy for Nat and Piper too. He's got a second chance at life, though I would have preferred the 3 main protagonists to stay together as a time. But no matter, they'll see each other again once Bart and Kitty are summoned again.

Okay okay, I did NOT see that coming! Nathaniel surviving, I mean. I was happy but then that ended shortly after I read after a few more chapters in which he was manhandled, abused, brain-washed, whacked in the head. He might as well have stayed dead, poor dear.

I find Kitty being too rude to him. After all they went through? Just kind of off to me. And Kit's very sweet towards Bart. The story still very intriguing and I enjoy Bart's monologue as always.

Just sad to see how Nat was used here. It's like he's revived only to be killed again. How unfortunate. Guy deserves a break.

And wasn't Grandmama supposed to be dead? It's a pleasant surprise to read about her here though XD

Oooh! As I suspected, Farrar was behind Kitty's death. I suppose they would never like each other as they are completely opposite. So Farrar had Bostwick in charge because of his incompetence and added more cases for him to work on, so he'd never find out about that letter. Poor Bostwick. I love the friendship and relationship of Kitty and Bart in this fic. Not necessarily romantic, but their really cute and they fit together. Though I like Nat and Kitty together as well.

If you still check your reviews here on FF net, you'll notice I've left you various reviews in your stories. I go by this pen name on FF net but I am at work now and therefore unable to log in.

So far, I love the dynamic between Kitty and Bart here. It's a shame Nat's not around, it would have been more fun if he was. If only to read about Bart insulting Nat in every way possible :)

Anyway, I don't know much about your OC here. He's so helpless, it's odd that he's able to summon Bart. I'm sure that takes some skill. Maybe he's acting dumb? Maybe Farrar is behind it all?

I was wondering if you will ever write any more fanfiction-and if so, hopefully Bart ones. The stories you have written so far are excellent-Bart's voice is captured, there's humor as well as action, and it's B/K!

Well, If I do say so myself, you seem to be really getting the hang of this :) I wish u hadn't stopped writing Bart stuff, ur a true talent and a real find on this site. He'll, ur the best god-damned Bart writer on this site if not all of the popular fanfic sites. So yeh, please come back, and I'm sure not only myself, but many people would be thrilled if you invested ur time in writing some sequels to the likes of ur oracles story and this one. Anyway, good luck in your future writing endeavours, and I seriously hope you come back :)))

P.s this Is a small issue, but I'd love it if you could redo the chapters in monomyth where Uraziel should have popped up, that be great. Would love to see batts reaction when the great spirit is summoned :D

Oh hurrah, a happy ending! XD I was half afraid that Nathaniel would end up alone and stuff, don't get me wrong, I'm all for BxK, but I like all around happy endings more. :D

I'm a huge fan of the bartimaeus trilogy, so hello bro/ sis! First, congrats for writing such long, detailed, plotted stories! It does take a huge time and motivation! What' I'm going to say after isn't meant to bash you in, on the contrary-

You said you were open to (hard)criticism, so here goes:

- the pacing: when Kitty is fighting the assassins it seems like she's strolling down her garden. Maybe a little less details to speed things up?

- That's a purely fanly cry of protest... The assassins are from the same sect that tried to kill Ptolemy right? The ones Bart described as deadly dangerous, thirty methods to kill you from thirty feet away (one by spitting poison)... so Kitty fighting and winning on a one on one , killing another accidentally is just not credible. Sorry.

Anyway, reading the next chapters, and I hope this will help!

I really love books. They must be my favorite thing in the world. They can make me smile,laugh,cry, but I've never really liked fan fiction. They never seem to have any good plot or concept and are usually just mindless, unlikely pairings between characters.

But. This. Was. Great.

It had a great plot, great concept, and it actually captured the characters wonderful,unique, personalities quite well. When Nat was just standing there I had one of those Oh. My. God. moments that only a really good book can coax out of me, and while I think a BartxKitty pairing is kind of unlikely (as is Bartimaeus EVER telling Natty boy he's a good guy), you did a wonderful job of this story. I am usually really depressed with the ending of a book/series and the Bartimaeus trilogy was no exeption, but thank you for giving me that feeling that the story isn't yet over.

On second thought, Dead Man by Jars of Vlay would be a better theme song.

I was listening to coldplay's 42 when I was reading this my 5th time, and I think it fits this fanfic pretty well, so I consider it this fanfic's theam song
