...first I thought you were talking about God and then I thought you were doing a bloody mal/zoe thing again and I'm going to stop embarrassing myself and just tell you how good this is :)

I read this for time before I got it *looks sheepish,* but that is just how dense I am. Really great story I love the vivid picture you paint. I can see Zo at Mal's grave contemplating whether or not to leave the gun, and I can see Jayne trying to snatch it for himself. Very good as always, oh an just for the record I did go back and read "moment of impact" again after sleeping and loved it as well.

:) If only the guns in the series could really talk, what a tale I'm sure they'd tell! Very clever; it took two readings, but very clever writing.

It took me a couple readings to get exactly who was talking in the story, then I realized how angsty this little gem really is. Great job. If Serenity can be the tenth character, then I guess Mal's gun can be the eleventh. Can we have something happy now?
