The dates seem a little too tight to blend the stories the way you're trying here. It might have been better to adjust Ciel's birthday a year earlier to 1975.
With the canon birthdate, she would have had her 16th birthday on May 3rd, 1992. Since it was a bit over a month before Arcueid killed her/Roa, that doesn't really give any time for Ciel to be inducted into the church/burial agency before she appears at Hogwarts (and especially no time for them to do the month of experimentation on her immortality).
