Super cute! From the title I expected it to be about cooking, but I like where it went. Spike at a grocery store was absolutely hilarious and the whole story was very sweet.

i love the way you potray spike, you're compltely right btw season 6 ruined his character, loved loved loved the story i physically cringed out of humour and sympathy at "would you like paper or plastic?" keep up the stories!

I absolutely loved this. Not only did you nail Spike's personality but the whole story was amazing. I sometimes skim through stories just because parts aren't super interesting but I seriously re-read this three times before I decided I HAD to review it. I love the last part when Dawn finds the note. It's so sweet, especially since the atmosphere when they get back to the house is sad. Great job!
