I know you wrote these stories years ago, and I don't know if you are still writing, but I want you to know your stories are still loved. In three days I've read all of your Learning Series and this story. I watched the Tin Man originally years ago, but turned my nieces onto it a couple of weeks ago. I've been reading fanfic for years, but never thought to look for DG/Cain stories until now. I've read some good ones, but yours are truly great. I hope you'll rewatch the series again and maybe get some new inspiration for some new stories. I'll be waiting.

I love when someone purposely reworks a fandom cliche and turns it into something wonderful. It takes a lot of talent and heart to take something that's moved into the realm of corny and make it fun to read again. I love so many things about this story, I love that you included Raw and Glitch, and that they weren't bit parts while you created the Cain/DG aspect of the story, but had meaningful interaction with the story. I love that DG and Cain were so very IC, and I especially love that although it was very obvious that the love aspect was rushed between DG and Cain, that you dealt with the loose ends, like Cain's feelings for Adora (yay! he didn't either ignore the wife that he lost in order to pursue hot secks, and he hadn't suddenly moved on... I love the element of Adora giving him the courage to PURSUE this, the line about having enough love to go around was wonderful). And of course there was sweet, sweet chivalry. We all know Cain would be a gentleman, as well as a sex god. :) Thanks for this!

Ha ha you were right - this is porn with a (slight) plot, but it was hot, sweet and well written. Loved the aphrodisiac excuse. A classic, but always cool. Wish there was more.

This could have been just another cliched fanfic with contrived sex, a PWP? kind of story, BUT IT'S NOT! There is so much honest emotion and love woven in here that it's really very eloquent and gut-wrenching. Of course there's wonderful smutty goodness (thanks for that by the way!) but there actually is a story here too! I really like how you wrote this and think you actually captured the essence of these characters very well!
