I miss this story so much... I re-read them all every once in awhile.

I love this series and keep read all of them though I know it has been years since this one has been updated. I hope youfinish this one day but even if you dont thank you for writing what you have

I think this is the fifth or sixth time I've re-read this story and it still remains one of my absolute favorites. Even if it's never updated again, I think it will always be something I come back to for a read. Thank you for sharing May, your Barbossa and Jack, and my personal favorite, Turk, with us.

I read your profile, including a not unsizable portion about how you hate lurkers. All I can say is I have thoroughly enjoyed your fanfics and have encountered them numerous times over the years, favoriting some of them, but I saved the best for last: Memories of May. JT was with a huge pang in my heart when I read that you had passed away in 2013. But, for a while there, in my mind, you were alive and talking to me through your author’s notes. I enjoyed your writing thoroughly and I have been reading fan fiction about since when you did (2002, 2003). You could say I’ve read a LOT of fan fiction. Thank you for giving me an amazing Barbossa/OC story to drool over and even giving me some lovely Barbossa and Jack dialogue scenes. I hope you’re at rest and content knowing you bring people joy with your writings.

I just re-read this whole series after watching the 5th movie and i think i loved it even more than that first time i read it.

I just found your stories and I can't get enough of them. I really hope that someday you'll come back to finish, at the very least, this one. Amazing writing and extraordinary imagery!

I've read the whole of this wonderful series straight through in one go and I loved it! Your grip on the characters is very solid and the plot is running smoothly. I know it has been a few years since this story was last updated, but I can't get it out of my head. Nor can I seem to forget the series of May. I needed only four days to tear through the entire series you wrote, and was quite distraught to find this one uncompleted. From the first sentence, your story drew me in as the exact tale I had been longing and searching for: a believable romance between Barbossa and a like-able female OC. Not to mention being well-written. I desperately hope that someday you will come back to this story, or else I, along with many other avid readers most likely, will still have that restless feeling of not knowing what happens next.
