Really enjoyed this story. There were lots of great parts but I really enjoyed Chuck losing his rag with Beckman!

Great chapter but a couple of annoying Bartowski's here. It's a personal errand you nosy B. I'll always love you Sarah. I understand. I'll cope. We're all good. That will be the last time. Way to mean what you say Chuck. The boy has zero decisiveness.

I enjoyed this! Thanks for more Chuck. You had many great lines that made me laugh out loud, and you captured the characters and their relationships well. It's rare to find a story with this many typos and spelling mistakes, yet so well written otherwise that I'm willing to keep reading. You just need a good editor. :) Good plotting, nice job with the details and vocabulary in so many different areas of expertise, and you didn't resolve all the tension, because it wouldn't have remained true to the characters and situation. It was the right way to end a novel set during this period of the show. Kudos!

For the life of me I can't fathom how I missed this story the many times I've combed through the stories here. This story was riveting; throughly entertaining, packed with drama and trepidation, humour filled and alight with emotion. Thank you.

Good story.

I realize you wrote this long ago and probably don't read these anymore, but that was a very good story. Until the end; you're as bad as the TV writers, will they won't they? It's a little sickening. I did very much enjoy Chuck telling General Beckman off. He should have done that several times on the show. Thanks for a good read.

Chuck's biggest problem on the show is the fact that sometimes he needed to step up and grow a pair and take a chance instead of acting like a 13 year old junior high school kid when it came to Sarah.

What bugs me about this ending is that the status quo never changed in the end Chuck and Sarah aren't together and Sarah has done the one thing she swore to herself that she wouldn't do. She hurt him, how could Sarah ever think it was fair or even remotely humane to kill their relationship and continue to string him along? Absolutely terrible 180 for Sarah, you clearly just gave up on this story because there is no way Sarah could have the heart to do that to him. Especially now that they live together. He'd lose his mind! Anyways loved the story and it's in my favorites, I wish your ending wasn't so rushed and unsatisfactory but what can you do. Great job and thanks for writing a wonderful story.

I agree completly with tut1971, the last few chapters sucked in comparison with the rest of the story. It's a pity because it was a more than an awesome read until chapter 18.
