I loved this story and would love it even more if it had more chapters i would give this story 10/10 if I could, but i can't rate it.

I'm suprised you managed to write a story about Kira's past in the fourth division that fast xD and such a great one too o.o

I can actually see that happen and Izuru's feelings about being in the fourth division seem pretty reasonable.
