I'm sure that this is how Sasuke would react when he lives a normal life. He is gentle and well-mannered, comes from a family that really treasures love. I really don't doubt it even though some people here says that he's too OOC, acting sweet and cringey. I think not though. Sasuke is really sweet (and pure), if you observe the relationship he has with his family especially with Itachi... ofc, prior to that massacre arc.
