| elle chapter 20 . 1/29/2011 An update and a cliffhanger! Does Alexis have feelings for Sonny? I'd find that difficult to believe after all she and Jason went through to be together. But a sneaky author didn't reveal her response to him making a move. Sonny, for all his bluster, is one of the most complicated characters on the show. I like that this chapter dealt with that and the head games he plays. Diane as the voice of reason was good. Liked the mention of Luke. I can imagine his take on all this, pointed and witty. Alexis running away, is so Alexis. Is this leading up to a showdown between Jason and Sonny? One of the best parts of your two Jason/Alexis stories is in the beginning, when they're getting to know each other and learning how to make their love work. It's like it's a surprise to the characters that they're in love, and can stay that way. It was complicated and intriguing and a happy ending wasn't certain. But it was always about the couple working it out themselves. The reader was watching that discovery, and wanting to know what would happen next. Hopefully there'll be some Jaslexis dialogue and the complexities of their relationship in the next chapters. Update soon! |
