Wow, this was amazing. There was hardly any dialogue and I could see all the body language in my head. It was like reading a movie play out, but better. And that last line, it's so somber. Breaks my heart that Tsuna resigned himself to it, even if it's necessary.

The best thing about this story? It's 1827 of the canon kind.

-aaw- It wasn't really hibatsuna but I still found it sweet. I can actually see this as how their relationship would be in the manga. (if Hibari's character song is any indication, he does consider emotions as a weakness) And having Hibari's respect is already a feat by itself. -grins-

This story was beautifully, beautifully written. I especially liked how you set the story during a tea ceremony and how it seemed to fit so well with the manga and what is revealed about Hibari's character. And, this scene seems very... I don't want to say that it is exactly what happened, since she might go and detail what she thinks of it to us, but the way you write it seems very logical and probable.
