Posted 20 October 2013, at the Starwarsknights web site and the Lucasforums Coruscant Entertainment Center in my The Critic's Two Cents. I was posting directly to the actual story threads, but had problems last year so I was stymied in my attempts to post the reviews. But you on fanfiction deserve your reviews, even if I am running late. But I'm catching up as you read this!

Some of the work I read is what I consider worthy of a professional. These are marked as Picks of the Week. While they are posted on Starwarsknights I am adding the best of the week where applicable.

Pre-KOTOR: Well, you could do it that way...

The line above is a paraphrase from the old Black Adder Season two, where the main character had drunk something his servant made. After telling him this, Baldric the servant answers, 'Well you could drink it...'

That being said, the story had me roaring with laughter, and that was just the first segment! She easily slipped past my main complaint, you know 'a long time ago...' by specifying being a character in an existing game. Her portrayal of the devil's 'emissary' reminded me of something I have done over at lucasforums in a story entitled 'we need a hero(ine)' where the main character is so clueless that Loki creates verbally a book called 'dealing with dummies for dummies'.

That being said, the idea of someone selling their soul for a chance to be one of the main characters in the game was outrageous!

I know I say it sometimes, but I'll say it again with conviction, I WANT TO READ IT ALL!

Pick of the Week Hands down Best of the Week

An aside; All right, I just had to continue reading. Having the emissary show up to comment on how bland the interactions are, and offering to make them better was fun. Then having Carth mention it when the party goes from everyone drinking to everyone comatose a riot. Just to make it even more fun, the main character does a scene that reminds me of a character in the recent animated movie the Croods, where a living Rally Monkey named 'Belt' makes a habit of adding suspenseful mood music when his owner is commenting on a future disaster (And when you see signs of it later) by intoning, Dun-dun-Dunnn!

I for one wish she would continue this work, because it is definitely worth the time to read it if she did!

This was pretty amusing. I wish this wasn't dead, but it's a pretty corpse all the same.

Oh gawrsh. I almost never review stories but this is too funny. All the sarcastic thoughts I had while playing this game are here! Too beautiful. I'M SURE I WOULDN'T MIND AN UPDATE, BI-POLAR REVAN.

Awesome x) Too bad they didn't have the "I haven't joined the Sith, Carth" conversation while they were dressed as Sith.

But you've handled it very maturely. It's a parody without being too ridiculous, and you express my thoughts about the flaws of the game perfectly.

Hee, I love your sense of humor. Poor Carth, he's going to lose his mind. It's so refreshing to see humor from someone who can actually write and spell correctly. And you actually have a sort of plot going outside of the game! Double win.

Lol can u use the RPG pockets 2 save game as well? O When u find out ur Darth Revan u should do this

i am so loving this story! I am writing one that breaks the fourth wall, too and your character's so funny about it and the RPG pocket is LOL funny. I always imagined having them push shopping carts around, heh! Great now the Devil's going to up the ante and this should get even more amusing and interesting. So, please, more and I did not fall for the "there's something shiny" trick.. Great job! Highly entertaining!

Ha! This is funny! You've got a point too, how do we know for sure that Bastila's the one who used the escape pod? Can't wait to venture through taris!

“These must be the Sith’s advance boarding team!” Trask bellowed at the top of his lungs, standing in the middle of the hall without cover, while pointing at the Sith with one arm and flailing the other around violently. “FOR THE REPUBLIC!”

That line made me majorly LOL. I like this a lot, and I think it's a great idea to look at KOTOR from a funny perspective. Write more! :D

I like it so far. I was a little uneasy about choosing to read this because it said self insert.
