I'm a Kage of few words... one question... the kid in the letter... is he Hale's son... but it would have ben nice to know what that letter said... I've got all of the Intel on R2... but no Parker letter... that just sucks... good FF

At first I was like "This is a nice, the author knows canon well.

Then, when Rachel said she had a son, I was like "Oh, Well at least she found someone" Thinking she had got with someone other than Hale

Then, the golden eyes like his father part... I fell out of my chair, and was like "I SEE WHAT YOU DID THAR".

A pretty neat story, but I'm not too sure about the end. I mean I never really saw Hale and Parker liking each in that...you know, way. Not to mention that I'm not sure they ever even had the time to do that sort of thing over the three days they were together.

The idea of Hale having a son with Chimeran traits (like the mentioned eyes) is pretty fascinating. It'd be neat for the series to explore the idea of future humans being born with stronger immunity towards the Chimera virus. If humans survive long enough, that is.

I think it's very cannon. Perhaps having a son wasn't that likely, seeing as they always seemed to be pressed for time, but that was a wonderful twist you put. It was like icing on the cake for a delicious story. God, this was great. I always thought Parker and Hale were good for each other.

I also would like it to be a canon thing, that Nathan and Rachel could be involved in some... serious relationship. But hey, we never know. Shame that we didn't heard any word from her in the second Resistance. And it's just wrong what they did to Nathan and the end of second installment... I feel betrayed 8D.
