I remember that TNG ep where Picard was turned into a kid, that was one of my favorite episodes! Cleverly used here. I would have loved to have seen your story as an ep of Voyager!

It's a cute way to use the premise from the TNG episode, though the logic is a bit iffy; he clearly has his memories of his adult life, so the "first" kiss is really not first at all, because it's later in time, no matter what age his body is. Of course, it's no worse than any of the time-travel or time-paradox episodes that actually aired. One little thing is you should work on your capitalizations; you're not at all consistent about it (for example, should be "Transporter Room One," "Sickbay," and "the captain") and personally I find it a bit distracting (though I will acknowledge that most readers wouldn't even notice).
