Well overall I liked it but I did have a few issues with it primarily your Grammar it isn't horrible just a tad annoying at times, also 8,0 yen is roughly 89 dollars and 44 cents USD, which isn't jack /S/hit a month did you not know or was this intentional?

There are a few things that would need to be fixed aside from grammer to improve the story.

You have the Mizukage throwing away a powerful weapon like that without trying to execute him as he would obviously become a threat.

You let him be bossed around by the Mizukage into going to the academy when he was obviously an adult able to make his own decisions and rechoose his own loyalties.

You have no explaination for him being in Mist or his skills, etc. It looks like you just did it for the sword and water techniques.

You named the Hidden Mist's ANBU MIST. That's like naming the ANBU LEAF. Mist is the village, Water is the country. The leader is called a Mizukage (WaterShadow) because he's the Shadow behind the Lord of Water.

You have a supposed Jounin getting surprised and wounded by a bicycler. You don't need to follow Cannon just to get her to drink Naruto's blood, especially if you've already changed the main male character in Rosario.

And possibly most importantly.

How did Naruto last long enough to be a Jounin in Mist, a village that would have tried to execute him as a child? If the Bloodlines and Swordsmen couldn't stay in mist then how could Naruto? Even the country of Water participated when it came to Haku's timeline. Wouldn't Naruto have been captured by then without a village to protect him? With even Uchiha Madara a former or possibly current Mizukage?

Interesting. Not only is it a crossover but you also have Naruto fropm Mist rather than Leaf. Though apparently he has had a similiar upbringing without being loved or wanted. Your opening brings up a number of interesting questions. Are Naruto's parents still Minato and Kushina? Since the Kyuubi is a fire demon is there a reason he seems to have an affinity for the cold? He accepted Moka's declaration that she was a vampire pretty easily. Has he been informed about monsters and the supernatural world he is now entering? Unless by some bizarre circumstance Jiraiya was his sensei he shouldn't have rasengan, though he could have been taught shadow clones, while obviously he now also wields a sword. Just what are his abilities?

You've made the start of what could be an intriguing story, I hope you continue.
