This was an extremely well written one shot. I almost hope you may decide to do a sequel at one point, explain how everyone got there. It's amazing.

Narutos first victim was Hinata Hyuuga.

The Spectator was Minato Namikaze or the Forth Hokage.

The Snake/Boss was Orochimaru.

Narutos second victim was Kakashi Hatake.

Is the boss Orochimaru and the spectator Minato?
