I liked this story a lot. It read like a more mature Twilight. The ending felt a smidge rushed, and I think that’s what has people wanting more. Bella is only now being completely honest, and I think there is a level of vulnerability and relationship building that would be delightful to see and not just be told. I’m also wondering if Bella ever became a vampire in this version, and if so, how and why? Renesme? I think it’s a compliment to your writing that I want to know more about where you would take these characters. Thank you for sharing!

I enjoyed this story. I like how intuitive Bella was and how she noticed all of the things that most people didn't. I though her having a photographic memory was cool. How horrible to relive the worst moments of your life for years.

I really liked Ali and Pete. They were good to and for Bella. She needed parental figures in her life that cared about her. Renee was about Renee. It's why I've never been a fan of her character. I'm glad that Edward and his family got to her in time and dealt with her attacker. Great job.

I'm really enjoying the lack of all the typical vamp issues in this story (cold skin, cement bodies, extreme stillness, no bodily contact with people, blood thirst, etc.). I'm assuming they hunt, but we don't see it or hear about it (yet).
