Mersea... Please don't change Loreli's name or post a new version. Please don't do it. It strips her story away. It's perfect the way it is. You gave us a perfect inspirational masterpiece. Sometimes, changes are good. But Till you die is perfect the way it is.
Take your time on giving us closure about Madara x Loreli, i've been with you since the beginning. Hell, i started my fanfiction account to follow you closely. I truly appreciate you sharing your amazing stories with us. There are amazing writers in this site, but you're always at the top. The few times i pm you, you showed how kind and sweet person you are.

My fist is shakinnnggg! I realised Ikezoe led her to Shujinchi after reading the previous chapter but I really didn’t expect to see him here! So these Sorairo lot ARE the ones behind the illness at the castle.

From what I gather... when Loreli was injured, Ikezoe transfered his blood to her so she could survive. She’s got some antitoxins (deadly against Sorairo people?) in her and she knows it. Meaning she was expecting Ikezoe to show up again in the future but Madara taking her away was obviously not in anyone’s plans lol. However did Ikezoe know eventually the Senji would rise against the Uchiha and prepared plans for that way before anyone knew? A curious thing he is. I do doubt the seal he had was intended for what he is threatening her for... I think. Why would Yuzuzu tell her to go to the Senju after she was taken by the Uchiha... to get her out of her predicament? Most importantly, how does he know word for word as to what Madara promised her! Madness

So the crescent pieces ended up being the key! I’m so surprised hahaha. This was a good read!

OH MY GODDDD PLEASE I WAS SHAKING THROUGHOUT THIS CHAPTERRRRR

Things are perhaos coming to me slowly... I have trouble with reading comprehension so I hope I’m making correct sense. The lady of the castle is possibly related to the Sorairo? Didn’t she come to Shujinchi three decades ago, the same time the disease started spreading, and the Sorairo were involved?

I think here we see Loreli’s compassionate (?) side? Is it character development when she can’t stand someone getting blamed for something they didn’t do or is it just guilt?

I realised I never actually finished what I wanted to say in the previous chapter review and I lost my train of thought. Grrrr.

I don’t believe Loreli will betray Madara, though sometimes she makes me doubt myself. I WANT to believe she is someone who doesn’t go back on her word, but with her playing around court people since this new arc started really makes me consider what she is looking for in life. Looking out for herself yes... but can she do it on her own? She needs to use others to get through and I don’t doubt Madara will be thrown away once he’s outlived his use for her... I also can’t forget about her five (or was it six?) month limit before she reconsiders her deal with Madara. And that’s what it is. A deal. I won’t be surprised if she is already putting things that will come to her aid when (and if) she leaves, in motion.

I like this chapter more than the one before only because it didn’t leave me scratching my head as much! While I know the steward is probably just playing with Loreli and giving lip service about what he can offer her vs what Madara has, I can appreciate what he is willing to give and the way he expressed it. I’ve never even thought of considering Madara as Loreli’s rival, that’s an interesting way to look at it! Back when Loreli was on her way to meet Madara to discuss their final stand, she described Madara as someone who challenged and pushed her to her potential. While I don’t like the way his arrogance and temper has gotten in the way of proper treatment of his wife in the past, I believe Loreli thrives best when she is being pushed. Simiarly while in the Shujinchi castle, she has been showing a very intriguing part of her that is only brought on by the rigid court life. It’s a delight for the reader to get to know what kind of person she is. “It wasn't there. Not the simple warmth and affection she had for Katamori. And certainly not the visceral passion she felt for Madara.” Love these beautiful comparisons between the important men in her life!

I got chills when she dreamt of the red moon! Previously once, Madara told Loreli she wouldn’t have to worry about him dying. You know when you know the outcome of something but don’t necessarily know how it all came about? And then you are slowly shown some pieces of how things were foreshadowed and it starts clicking together? I can’t remember if at the time of this chapter’s publishing Naruto had covered about the Tobi/Madara plan, but you are a skilled writer bringing in your story to join canon facts. Few writers are able to manipulate words and weave stories like this and I’m sure your readers really appreciate that.

Back on my TYD agenda! Regarding this chapter... there is so much to say yet so little. There is a lot being said and thought, but so little explanation and I find it hard to process; I had to read it more than once but alas, I think some lines will be waited on to be answered in due time. Really exicted to see what Loreli has planned.

I don’t know who I’m more frustrated with at this point.

I’m sure listening to court people talk is like reading Shakespearean. A headache. With Loreli exposed to the lord steward, she can bare her fangs. When she said she can betray any man should the time be right, I almost felt bad for Madara! He’s been receiving the short end of the stick with Loreli (justified!) but I admin seeing him trying to win her over is a bit endearing. I don’t have doubts the the end won’t be what he wants but seeing the journey he and Loreli take is worth watching over.
