Your writing is amazing. Because I'm French, sometimes I'm not sure if I can really have a very clear view of a writing. Another langage, probably missing the subtle and the beautiful, maybe. But your stories have something, I can see (or feel) it. Anyway, my point for now is the part about Derek and Marti : the devotion to Marti from Derek, this instant between them and everything was different for him, has totally blew me. I love that sort of things.

A beautiful ending. And yet I read that teaser at the top for a tenth chapter and feel robbed, almost a decade after its last update. Still, a marvelously fic in every regard.

I don't even care if it's not finished. But your writing is another thing. I like the subtle context you always put here and there and the hints. I enjoyed this immensely and I have been reading a lot of your LWD stuff recently (because I just found it and finding older stuff is hard to sift through, but whatever) and your writing then was terrific and I wish I could write half as well. I hope, at some point this is completed if at least through summary/epilogue.
