That was beautiful, and very touching. I teared up when he had his sight back in the room, and the ending was perfect.

I'm going to list off my favorite parts of this story:

1) Riku saying "Damn, I'm sexy!" when he saw himself in the mirror.

2) Riku flipping through Sora's sketchbook.

3) The way you wrote the beginning like he was feeling around for his belongings.

4) The entire concept of this story.

I love how you made it so that Riku was the blind one and Sora was helping him out. It's heart breaking to imagine one of these characters with a handicap, but I too have written a story like this, and I have to say that choosing a disability as a topic adds realism that other cheesy stories just can't achieve.

I also really love Riku's personality. The way he just jokes around about his blindness and about how blatantly cheesy his life is makes me want to hug him and then throw him into a janitor's closet with Sora. :)
