This is an interesting take on the KP-verse - very rare to see someone inject so much of the 'real world' into it. And your work on the aftermath of the Moodulator incident is very well-handled.

You have created an excellent balance retaining the essential underlying 'flavour' and tone of the 'Kim Possible' series with a healthy dose of realism regarding the likely consequences to serious incidents and actions.

hopefully Ron ends up forgiving Kim. but ends up with yori :) there's really not that many stories of them, but they make a great my cousins would love that if it happens:)

Huh. Interesting. See the thing with Kim Possible as a universe is that, taken outside of its cartoonish context, it's a world of horrors - Ron Stoppable is like a Marvel civillian in that world (pre-Graduation Ron, I mean), a regular Joe beset on all sides by dangers brought on both by his best friend and the foes they face.

Further, the Moodulator episode opens the door to many a speculation about what might have happened, not just in between the scenes we see but in general, and the possibility explored here is a very interesting one. Your angle of approach is good. The fact that you're dealing with the immense consequences of one such foolish action (i.e. beating your best friend within an inch of his life) makes for a good setting. You don't seem to shirk from inflicting brutality on your characters, Kim especially - and I think you nailed her personality pretty well.

That you seemed to have considered some of the ethical implications of the things Kim (and Wade) have done (not just to Ron) is another plus. I liked that you don't just stop at "well he was in the hospital and junk and he's mad at you" but went the whole way.

Another plus is your portrayal of PTSD, on Ron's part. Knowing Kim's skillset ("16 types of kung-fu" she said once) and sheer force, it's not outside the realm of possibility that a rage-induced assault would leave him nearly dead (and the fact that his MMP was what barely saved him is another yummy bonus.) But further, you seem to have considered what it would feel like to Ron - his best friend / potential love interest suddenly beating him within an inch of his life - and how it affect him afterwards... all yummy, brutal, cringe-worthy, amazing stuff (I'm a sadist when it comes to fiction, I'm sure it kinda shows.)

SO yeah, update this. Write more! I wanna see what happens!
