Great.
mousefiction chapter 1 . 1/8/2010
The ending where Sam asked Dean not to leave him like everyone else was a nice touch.

Good job.
Faye Dartmouth chapter 2 . 5/7/2009
And that's what I like Dean to see-that that brotherly bond is two way in every way.

I'm so glad you write-your pieces stand up to rereading, which is a testament of the worth :)
Faye Dartmouth chapter 1 . 5/7/2009
Dude, I am the worst reviewer in the world.

So I was rereading some of your fic today and reread this one and was perturbed at myself for not leaving a review. First, I love this concept-S3 is not my fave by any means, but I like fics where Dean has to GET it-what he's done to Sam.

And dang, you write good limp! No surprise, but still worth mentioning.

And Faye! Lucky nurse that she is :P
DreamShadows chapter 2 . 2/9/2009
Trying to catch up with my missed reviews... :)

This story was just lovely and shooting forward into traffic to save others... A completely Sammy thing to do.

Dean not realizing the depth of the deal till Sam is in peril, a complete Dean thing to do.

Wonderful angst and limpness in this.

Just perfect.

Take care,

Good work! Poor Sam! How could anyone be dumb enough to design an intersection like that? Why couldn't the bus reverse or why even start across the tracks when the light was red and there wasn't enough room? Glad it was enough to make Dean want to be saved.
amyblair chapter 2 . 12/3/2008
I'm just sitting down to catch up on a few peeps I've been meaning to read. Nice story, Clownsy -

totally love the name of this

like the story with the bus on the tracks and Sam saving - even if a couple of the kids flipped him off.

You're right - I work in a hospital and I always joke with the patients "you thought you'd sleep? What? Did you think you were in a hospital?" No one ever gets rest in a hospital. Well, unless they're comatose.

Ha, Ha... oh, God, the nurses name is CLAUDIA! Ha, Ha!

I always tease the patients that the Doctors are the Vampires (since they order the blood draws) - take the blame off the nurses!

I liked that you had Dean touch the scar. I thought your use of touch was gentle and subtle yet tough.

Liked it!

Harrigan chapter 2 . 11/27/2008
I'm having so much fun reading the Sam h/c fics that have been nominated for the limp-Sam awards! (Hope you know you were!) I liked this VERY much!
Ryla Dante chapter 2 . 11/12/2008
Such a beautiful and moving story. I almost had another story idea at the beginning there, but as I read through it, it seems that you beat my mind to it, hehe

The second chapter just got to me, and I loved how you had Dean holding Sam and not wanting to let go. That was so poignant and I almost wanted to cry.

You have such a talent, no wonder I asked you to be my beta :)

By the way, all that doctor jargon, how do you know about all that? It sounded like someone knows what they are talking about.
kalina-blue chapter 2 . 11/1/2008
Nice story.I especially like that watching out for Sam is the reason why Dean finally starts looking for a way out of his deal.
Dianne chapter 2 . 10/31/2008
Good story so far. It would be so cute if the kids on the bus sent get well cards to Sam, might be a nice aw moment.
PhoenixDragonDreamer chapter 2 . 10/30/2008
Fantastic honey... These two chapters really have got me revved for the rest! Great start! You really have their voices DOWN - and this seems like it is going to a rollercoaster of brotherly emotion! Thank you!

Me chapter 2 . 10/29/2008
Well written, I am enjoying your story. One thing bothers me though, by law, school buses have to stop before they cross railroad tracks. So, the bus driver would have realized there was no clearance on the other side and just stayed there, clear of the tracks. However, I can see them having engine trouble on the tracks-but that would make it difficult for them to just drive to safety after Sammy moved.

Either way, it is well written and I worked on suspending my disbelief because I wanted to read more. Well done. Nobody ever said fiction has to be based in reality.
