I really like this story, it's got a nice plot. The characterisation is good, Harry has sound logic and Tom's intelligence shows in his voice. Their voices seem quite similar and you could make them more distinct from the other. So far I've enjoyed reading.

I just can't stand some of your grammar. Please don't take offence but I'm an english student and it's been drummed into my head. I hope this doesn't come across as mean :S

When you say "would of" it's a tense formation error it should be "would have" or "would've", it occurs quite often in your early chapters.
Your punctuation and speech is alright but there are occasional errors.
Full stops at the end of sentences and commas at the end of phrases.
Also you often use capital letters on words that shouldn't be capitalised like uncle, mansion and emerald.
There's also comma splicing; placing commas through out a paragraph instead of full stops.

Are you going to continue this story? It is really good and cute also.
