Aw, that story was sad. I'm glad that Gus did not tell. And I really liked how RELIEVED Shawn was to find out that no, Gus didn't tell, and Gus didn't even realize that the police had found out.
I kinda like that Lassiter felt the need to confirm it to Shawn that no, Gus hadn't told on purpose. I think he knew that Shawn was feeling betrayed and had to make sure that Shawn knew that Gus hadn't.
I also like that he didn't arrest Shawn.
And I thought you did a good job on Jules' reaction. I'm not sure if you wrote this before or after Shawn 'revealed' it to her on the show, but this reaction that you wrote is pretty similar to the canonical one. Congrats :)

Nice, I liked this one a lot. Shawn had a pretty sucky childhood. It's obvious that Henry loved him (both from what the show has shown us past and future), but he's not even remotely close to parent of the year.
And Shawn obviously loves him back, but he doesn't seem to like his dad. He's so resentful of everything he made him go through.

...and I just kinda like reading stories like this.

Haha, loved the end. Shawn and Gus now think Lassiter has an irrational anger towards his light being messed with. They have no idea the terrible day he's just been through.
I feel kinda bad for the guy.

I'm not into slash but Shawn/Gus are definitely one of my favorite bromances alongside J.D./Turk (Scrubs) and Arnold/Gerald (Hey Arnold!).

I have throroughly enjoyed reading these. They're quite good, I love the insight on all the characters and all the different angles you take. Although, the first one remains my favorite. ;) I really hope you continue soon!

Oh my god, that was so deep. I think more people need to point out how important Gus is to Shawn here and there, because i absolutely agree with everything this chapter said, and it almost had me in tears.

I swear, each little fic that you write is so clever in it's own way. The way you just simply put "In" and "Out" between paragraphs really said a lot. And especially that last "Out" at the end, after Henry said he needed to learn how to breathe again, it left a huge impact. That was the perfect ending to that fic! Great job! I look forward to reading more!

Okay, again not a fan of Shules, but this was really cool. I felt like I was watching a trailer for a movie. I really love what you did with that chapter. By adding all the other stuff in parentheses, you gave it an interesting flair that made me want to keep reading! Very cool!

That was very cute. Now, I am by no means a fan of Shules, but you managed to make it cute enough that I read the whole thing. I loved how you had Shawn imagining what his life with Juliet would be after he asked her out. Very nice touch. Great job!
