(I get so sick of fanfic writers constantly apologizing for short chapters...chapter after chapter after chapter...it's like they don't know what causes short chapters...such a mystery...never solved...)

i read about how your computer crashed and can sympathize i lost a lot of material when mine died and then i hired someone to retrieve it they didn't and then they screwed up my external hard drive. i thought i was covered but it wouldnt let me retrieve the material because i wasn't on the computer it wanted to retrieve it. i don't know how the guy did it but he screwed me 6 ways to sunday and then some.

I liked this story and have read it twice. Would you consider doing something like this again but when harry is abit older like 5-6. where james and lily survive voldemorts attack, harry's the bwl and both james & lily let it go to their head. But lily seea what harry's fame is doing to harry in subtle and not subtle ways. Like when james keepa referring to harry as'boy who lived' or 'the chosen one's rather than by his name or when James pulls Harry into the living room for a photo shoot but harry resists cause he wants to learn a spell.
Basically james cares more for the boy who lived than harry; both parents would get caught up in fame but eventually lily sees clearly and takes Harry and goes into hiding, she meets severus again and well...
Please consider

don't underestimated a newly MOTHERS when you hurt them... especially ones such as Lily's!
