 reppad98 chapter 40 . 5/6/2019 Wow. Okay. Just wow. This was a totally amazing story. I admit that I have already read the sequel, but I felt like this story deserved a review on its own. You took this world and these characters and gave them a whole new adventure, and well, I think this is on par with the original. This is so amazing that I have difficulty picking out what my favorite parts were haha. I love stories where Murtagh and Eragon get to be brothers and when Murtagh returns to the right side. I also thought that you handled the romance pretty well - it was not my favorite part in the book, but you really made me enjoy it more. Oh, I'm also shipping Saphira and Thorn now haha. I love the idea of Dragon Riders in hiding, it's really something that could have happened. And the twist! You were right, I never saw the twist coming. But while I had already almost forgotten about the phoenix feather, I can now see how that would come into play. The writing style is amazing. I'm sure that I'm forgetting to mention some things... The Halflings, and the dark magic to make an Eldunari return to its Egg state, those were amazing ideas. I'm just really impressed with this story, and I enjoyed it immensely. It's just wow. And I think you ended it nicely here. A big battle has ended, but there is still more than enough to cover in the sequel. Which I'm going to review now. Thank you so, so very much for writing this, I absolutely loved this, and keep writing! ! ! |
| TearfulSolace chapter 5 . 7/3/2018 I really love the story so far but um... the farm was already destroyed in the first book... It was burned with Seithr oil. If you did it for effect (it was a great background scene for the fight) I totally get it. Just wanted to make sure you knew. :P But seriously loving the story so far. |

| WriteKnight chapter 7 . 6/4/2017 This is an incredible story! It is so well written, and the characters so well portrayed, that it could have been written by Paolini himself! I, for one, am the kind of person who burns with dragon-rage when i hear someone like that buffoon say that he is the first of the "new riders". To Galbatoix and his Mionions: YOU EVIL PEOPLE HOW DARE YOU TRY TO REPLACE DRAGONS WITH BAD FANGUR YOU GUYSARE HORRIBLE AND I HATE YOU ALL! Overall, great story! :) |
| NoDabsAllowed chapter 40 . 5/2/2017 Wow. Such a great story! Kind of upset with you for killing Eragon, especially since he had the Phoenix feather the whole time, BUT NEVER USED IT. Couldn't it also heal injuries? Ah well. Thank you for this wonderful tale. |
