Hey! I like it so far :) I just wanted to clear up the grey/white horse thing. When a grey horse is born, it is a dark brown or black. It has a "greying" gene that causes the horse to lose its color with time. That's why it's called a "grey horse. It's a horse with back skin and genetically mutated white hair :p (they can be a varitity of combinations of colors as they grey out but eventually they look "white"
There are horses that are very light cream with brown or blue eyes but those are not considered white because they are actually a diluted form of palomino. I could get into the geneticics of it but essentially, if you breed a chestnut (red) horse to a crumello (cream) you get a palomino (blonde or yello). If you breed a palomino to a crumello you get another crumello. So this is another genetic variation and not "white" because the horse has pigmentation still.
The only thing that is considered to be a white horse is an albino horse. (Albinono pigmentation) this is a genetic defect and the foal who is born albino never lives more than a few hours because albino horses do not have adiquate immune systems.
