That was a sad ending for Alistair. Wish he could have seen Alice.

I love that you are tying this in with a Wonderland theme. I have been meaning to read this story for literally years. Just now getting back into reading some ff once in a while.

One more thing I forgot to mention in my review of the story.

There was one disappointment for me, and on begining reading the sequel, I can see this scene will not be included due to the time frame.

I would have loved to have seen Alice's interpretation of the vision of Bella cliff-diving, and how she managed to once again leave Jasper behind to go running of to Forks, after just promising never to be apart again. That for me would have made the perfect last chapter, before the epilogue.

Perhaps you may be so kind as to consider writing this specific scene as an outtake, as when told from your unique style, it should make for an intriguing read...

Oh just came accross this story, and really loved it. The last chapter even made me cry lol...

The plot was very fluid and imaginative, and the best part was it was original, and not something I'd read before (which is always a plus).

It was great reading about Alice's past as I felt Alice to be a very under-developed but extremely intriguing character in the original saga. You made a great alternative portrayal, but still it seemed perfectly cannon, as Alice took on her dark journey through her murky past.

The story was grammatically flawless, you made good use of words, and the punctuation and spelling, was pretty much perfect, the odd typo here and there, but nothing to worry about. Also you used a great form of layout, and took appropriate new paragraphs and line breaks.

You're a very gifted author, and I can't wait to read more of your work. I've just noticed there is a sequel, so I'm off to check that out now. Another story for my faves D

Wow! I am utterly blown away by both the story and the characterizations. I liked how logical and forthwith you were with the storytelling. I loved how you managed to intertwine Edward and Bella's story with that of Alice and Jasper, how you found similarities between both sets of couples. How Jasper could sympathize with how Bella felt for Edward. I liked in the end when Alice really could see the limitations of being human, how she understood Bella's need for the change. How she didn't want Edward to see her declining in her old age.

The humor you sprinkled within was perfect. I always knew Jasper was a smart aleck. The familial relationship between Alice and the rest of the Cullens was the perfect balance of realism. I adored the interaction between Alice and Rose. the balance of two sisters, I like how Rose was the older sister who didn't bring out the ice cream and chocolate but was smart enough to remind Alice that she is a Cullen, a sister a person loved. Alice and Edward's interaction was perfect.

I have to say I don't think I have ever read anything quite like this. Your words are truly mesmerising. I feel so much pain for Alice and what she must be going through. She has no idea what is going on she is so incoherent for the "treatment" Yet she has a knight that wants to take care of her and keep her safe from the "wolf".

You have such a way of describing the scene and characters that I can visualize everything so clearly in my head. I can see Alice in her night gown, with the daisies and her short shorn hair, head drooping to the side completely out of it. I love it!

This is such a well put together chapter and I cannot wait to keep reading.

Wow! This is probably one of the 2 or 3 best-written fanfics I have read. I loved that it was about Alice. I really like her character adn this really gave her added depth. I love how you wove this into the SM universe so well. It fit perfectly into the existing stories without stepping on any toes. So creative, touching and beautiful! I cried at the end.
