I already love the sequel and I love that just because Gene and Alex are together doesn’t mean their relationship is perfect and it’s all sunshine and rainbows all the time. He still has to learn to communicate and she has to remember to not be riled up by him. Good stuff!

Just re read over these fantastic two Fics over the past few days and now I remember why I loved them so much! They're brilliant. Really hope you get a chance someday to finish this as it's far too good to be left unfinished!

I swear I must have re-read this story and it's prequel a billion times. Please will you consider updating soon, I don't think I can bare it much longer. I love the way you write their relationship, in particular their private jokes. I think the way you have made their careers progress is also particularly commendable and very realistic. I've just caught up with this huge, brilliant chapter and I am clean bowled over by the ingenuity of the thought processes which have set up the crime and its solution. It's one of the cleverest A2A fanfic crimes ever! Add your lovely depictions of Gene and Alex as a loved-up couple 110% dedicated to the job, the team and your own characters, and this is just so mega good that I can't give it enough stars. It's SUPERB! Please, please, PLEASE write another chapter when you can - this one was so long that I thought it might finish the story, and I was so disappointed to see that TBC at the bottom. Time to collect on your promise to finish, I think...
