you're putting too much detail into useless things like your OCs and how long the Joker laughs for. i say you should focus more on telling a believable story. do your research and at least try to understand what you're writing about.

I was looking at your stories for Alex Rider, but I have always been interested in Harley, so I thought I would give this a try and... wow. This is brilliant and riveting and I can't wait for more. :)

I'm so happy that you didn't rush into Harley's change, it makes the story much more realistic and you can really get that feeling that the stories swimming into the 'deep end of the pool' so to speak.

And I don't think that I have to explain how horribly torturous your cliff hanger is :)
