I don't know why I am commenting this as it has nothing to do with the story but the day after we got our puppy my dad had to go on a work trip so it was me, my mom, my older sister, younger brother and Nova (the puppy). my sister who was in middle school had to wake up early and have my mom drive her to school so being the middle child I had to watch the puppy. One of the days was terrible my sisters loud alarm woke me up the after I fell asleep in my parents room the puppy woke me up so I had to watch heathen when my mom came home I had to get ready for school and grab my band stuff needless to say I cried from the stress as it was the third day I had to watch the Puppy in the morning. I was in 5th grade and in a school where band was once a week at 8:00 or 8:30 so I played trumpet and my classes were at 8:00 in the morning

Is S.S. giving him a potion to help him grow? Also isn't there a way for Severus to excise certain painful memories from H.P.'s mind to help him heal? This is a lovely thing, watching Severus Snape as a loving protector and parent to these two boys. Draco has seen a great deal of horror with the death eaters around him ( Voldermort?) and has witnessed lots of killing/torture. His Father is an evil git and only seems to value D.M. for his ability to carry on the Malfoy name. And what Harry has endured, first with the Dursleys and then at the hands of death eaters is enough to kill anyone's belief in themselves or others. Thanks for writing author dear:)

This is a really good story. Just a minor detail, I don't think Draco woyld say 'oh my god' because he is a pureblood, he would most likely say 'oh Merlin' or a variation.
