Both ended up unhappy. One because he could choose and the other because she had martyr complex and was filled with feelings of guilt.

This is amazing! I don't know why I didn't read it earlier. I've been a fan of your Zelda stories for a long time and I really have to say that this is your best yet, up there with Knightfall (my personal favorite), Clockwork and your stories. It's beautiful, lyrical and beyond being a 'good zelda fic/poem'. I can imagine this as a song, maybe even one of those that you never truly forget. Please keep writing Zelda! And, thank you, for writing truly original stories.
