I love first person writing and always struggle to keep it going as naturally I turn to third person. I love how this is just a wonderful feel good read with a bit of misdirection and the threat of a sad ending. Please write more like this!

Draco's mom is a b**ch! Sorry for the language but I had to say (type) that. Though I think Hermione would have been smart enough to bring up the fact that she taught he was to good for her not the other way around when Draco confronted her. Other than that I thought it was awesome.

I love the dialogue between the Slytherins. "I thought that I should just get out of your way and let you handle things."

The whole him being insecure was nice too. Usually people just depict him as having a gigantic ego, and that was nice.
