I can't believe that it took me so long to read this wonderful little drabble about Inuyasha and Kagome 'After the End.' What a lovely quick, little snapshot you have taken of their blossoming and maturing relationship once she has returned. Bravo and well done. And I love Kagome's idea of a subduing spell...giggles...

Okay... I'm officially creeped out now! In an upcoming chapter of BFT I have villagers thinking Rin is a kuromiko, and an inugami-mochi.

I've actually thought of doing that with them for awhile, just to switch up the roles, (for ONCE she is not seen as the 'slave/wh*re of a youkai' but the other way around), I guess we do think alike in some ways! LOL. (Sessmom characterizations and all... ROFL.)

I really like this one, and how you explained the history of the inugami. The inuyoukai were the ones that gained enough power to break free from their masters and become independant... however, some still say that that inuyoukai can be 'trained' by the 'right' human - because it is natural for all dogs to serve humans. (Maybe RT thought about that when she created the characters of Sesshomaru and Inuyasha - BOTH of whom end up 'serving' humans... even if Sess would sooner die than admit it!)

This is hilariously funny to me: I was having some serious writer's block about a month ago and a friend sent me a copy of this to lighten my mood. I had no idea it was on ffnet, or else I would've looked it up-but all's well that ends well, I suppose. If you're interested, it did break my writer's block to an extent. And it definitely lightened my mood then, even as it does now. Plays on words are so delightful when done right...

This story was cute. I love how you made Inuyasha just seem like himself. Even though he was in a relashionship with Kagome. The sly move at the end when he licked her was a nice touch. Wonderful job.
