Oddly enough, I quite like thinking Wuya as a mother for Jack, maybe that's why I don't really hate her (I just hate her silly flirting with Chase, if it weren't for that she would be an OK character)

but I think Jack Spicer and his robot girls (that wuya-like robot and the cheerbots) are pretty much canon XD (lol it sounded more like if Jack were a pimp xD) so, it's not that Jack doesn't like girls, he may find some random girl atractive, he's male after all.

He just simply preffers Chase Young over them, that's all :)

umm actually Chase was truly amused when Omi was evil, he even wanted to keep him like that ._. but as I think, Chase is more than a second teacher for Omi or even an older brother, but nothing more, and I believe Good Chase was a dragon of water so it can be that too.

with Wuya are only evil partners, I don't know what's their thing with putting him with her -.- and her flirting gets on my nerves, it's not even funny! and I saw some comment saying "chase is cool blahblah... too bad he's got a mrs" excuse me? since when they're couple? just because Chase said "Wuya, I like how you think, I am most pleased" (that's probably the closest momment) thanks god Chase said he wasn't crazy! XD
