I've taken long breaks (my first published story is from 2012; I have more chapters written for it that I haven't even touched!), I know how life, procrastination, and moving from fandoms is all too tempting to take one's time away. But, just because it's like that doesn't mean should just drop your work, take a notebook and keep looking at amvs that way you still have them written and ready. Or google docs on your home for random bursts of information! I have too many Naruto ships and I am grateful you added this to the community, that's why I think instead of abandoning it, just go on hiatus. Do more research heck, even rewatch it, that's how we keep ourselves motivated. Goodness, our ideas flourish best in the hands of its creator, so please don't give up yet. |
