Loved this story. You had me & Seeets both reeled in. Then this last chapter explained it all. I was finally let in on the secret. Poor Sweets was not, but played it just as they planned. Perfect:)

Absolutely extraordinary...

First, using Sweets as an observer/narrator was SO fabulous. And then Booth and Brennan each seeking him out individually; it was as nerve-wracking for me as it was for him.

Then, the use of wolf pack mentality/behavioral attributes was simply masterful. I have extensively studied wildlife biology myself, so I was cheering as I read Brennan's lecture to Sweets on the behavioral workings of a pack. And then watching that become woven into their case and subsequent conversations...just, wow.

Finally, I take into account the fact that this story is very well written...and I find that it must be added to my favorites! You are a far beyond average writer.

This is a fascinating look at our favorite pair through several different sets of eyes. And what a unique perspective you've given us! I hadn't much thought about the Booth/Bones relationship on these levels until now; beyond the wolf pack analogy, of course, it's always fun to see the two of them playing with poor Sweets.

Wonderful story! I've always found that studying human group interaction can be well explained by looking at pack behaviour, especially that of intelligent and complex creatures like wolves, but I've never before seen someone go into such depth in an analysis like this. Bravo!

Brilliant, absolutely brilliant. Engaging and enticing dialogue that grabs the reader and doesn't let go. I love you for trying a different POV, especially Sweets because most people have a hard time writing him and especially writing from HIS perspective. I know I do. I loved the analogy between the alpha male and female pair and B&B. Very appropriate. You do realize I'm now going to have to rewatch the episodes to see this, don't you? lol

wow, really nice story. Until I read the last chapter, I hadn't guessed that they planned it. Of course I should have, because its Booth and Bones, but it was a very nice idea. I liked the comparison about wolfs, as well as your characterization of Sweets. I really, really like stories who include him. ( so hopefully you will continue the pain in the therapist soon)
