I like the descriptions a lot, and how the world seems to be advanced but some things remain the same (refugees, why is there evil in the world even when Serenity ruled?)

I wonder if Endymion has really gone power crazy or if he is being manipulated by evil again. Does it matters? I think the outcome will be the same anyway.

And Serenity, I get the sense she could have killed Endymion from the start but she wasn't willing to do it and now she must do it anyway.

Why is Endymion getting rid of people left right and centre? This is what I love about this story, the mystery element to it!

ok. what is going on. I understand that endymion doesn't like that serenity is ruling his planet, but he is ruling it with her. Why is he so pissed? is there an evil in him like an enemy? What he is doing is so wrong. Killing people and putting them in jail for no real reason. Someone should kicked some sense into him.

A promising start! Lots of ideas, plenty of words to express them, and overall good quality.

I don't fully buy into your version of Endymion, not because the character itself is flawed but because he lacks a motive, something to fully push him into this state of power-hungry delusion. Endymion in all of his lives was protrayed as extremely dark compared to the rest, so I can see where you'd get the idea from, but without a catalyst his descent into madness isn't plausible. He already had a beautiful all-powerful queen(who, if she can see the future, why didn't she plan for any of this btw?), a very powerful daughter, the entire planet under their joined monarchy, and its suppose to be paradisical. Hurt feelings that Serenity is 'ruling' *his* planet wouldn't cut it. Perhaps you're already planning to address this later, and I'm just being whiney and impatient :P Time will tell.

I think you've got a strong start though. Good writing, strong plot although I'm not quite sure where its heading, and good characters. I don't know why Setsuna would be involved in this though...she's always treated her post at the gate as a mandate more than a job. Its unlikely she would leave it for anything less than an apocolypse. Maybe that is where you're going with this, we shall see.

On a small side note, a few science-y terms you might want to use rather than scrambled etc. for the genome are mutated or irradiaed for destroyed, and recombinant for a mixture of old DNA from somewhere else with new. Scientists are pretty uptight about their vocabulary, and I doubt even in the future it would digress to colloquialisms. This would have to be a super high-tech future to be able to recombine the human genome(about 6 billion BPs) for *every* cell in Junko's body(5 x 1030 roughly) with the ginzuishou gene at the same time. But I'll leave the technological marvels to crystal tokyo, that is what its there for afterall!

Sorry if this review seems a bit harsh, just shooting for constructive crit. It is fanfiction though, and I won't expect any miracles, but if any of this helps polish up an already good story, then it was worth spending the time to address it. :) Hope something in this ramble helps, I look forward to more.
