I love this story...i had lost this story months ago and i was trying to remember what it was..and just checking this out and found it...Loved all four ways Sara returned and of course."for Warrick"..watching that epi..wow..and loved how u depicted Laura as a woman who healed from the past and loves her daughter a lot and the both of them can move forward...keep writing Chelles...can't wait for the next story...

wasn't the premire the warick died. happy that sara was in it. the epasdioemwas so intesea. and the under sharfe was in the epasdioe that the keppler was in.

While any of the first four scenarios would have been great, and while the reality is bearable because she's back-I just want them to stay together.

You did an amazing job on this fic, and an even more amazing one on the final chapter, I was hoping that it might continue but I knew this was the final chapter.

I really felt for Grissom holding Warrick until his last breath, and staying beside him until he reached the morgue, the way he and Cath silently looked at each other with a special understanding, you managed to fill in a lot of blanks.

His phone call to Sara was the best part, although I like to think that it wasn't Grissom who called her, the only reason I say this is because of the look of shock on his face when he found her in his office, it was like he didn't expect her to be there, didn't think she knew, I think maybe it was Greg who called her, because he didn't seem too surprised to see her.

This was truly a sad reunion, and I'm sure that Grissom would have preferred her to be back again under different circumstances, I just hope they don't throw us too much GSR angst this week.

Lol, by the way I almost didn't see your spoiler warning there, good thing I already watched it, I swear that I would have probably started reading it before realizing what I was doing :P

Such a sad chapter. But she is home, at least for now. Next week may prove to be a hard one for GSR fans :(

Excellent! Total perfection!

I have to say, as much as I loved her being there, that moment was so sad. And I was just sitting here, thinking about how Doc couldn't do the autopsy, and that made me remember all the times Warrick would stand next to Al, listening to him explain how the victim of the day died, and I know that, in the bigger sense, you miss the person, but how many times will these people, who worked along side of him everyday, were family as much as friends and co-workers, how many times will they be in the middle of everyday stuff; an autopsy, DNA analysis, fingerprinting, even Trace analysis and they remember a case they worked with Warrick Brown, and the pain is real again as they realize that those moments are over. And, that at anytime, another of their family members could be gone... and they have to continue. It's times like those that you need your family more than ever.
