Ha great...I like how you made Dean train to clear his head in a way...running does clear your head, you think about things when you jog...it's like the only thing that your mind is able to do while running. You don't watch your feet, you don't watch your pace...those things come naturally, but you do think things through...maybe it's the loneliness of the sport that gets to you...

"They say you can usually tell how a person has spent their life by what their hands look like, and if anyone looked at Dean’s hands he wasn’t sure what they would or wouldn’t see."

Now I wanna see Dean's hands up close :) Really, a person’s hands are a reflection of their lives...if a person’s eyes are a reflection of their soul, then hands can speak volumes too. :)

This was great! You really nailed the character I think and though it was rambly that's what was great about it. It really felt like what a person might be thinking as they went about their day.

Great fic. Loved the way you portrayed Dean's singleminded focus. Just wish he had someone who always made him the top priority during his life, this would certainly have helped his self esteem.

All I can say is wow. This was excellent. I loved how you weaved things from Ghostfacers, Mystery Spot and A Very Supernatural Christmas into your story. There were so many things I loved about this. I loved the dialogue. I loved how you used Dean training to provide insight into how he feels about the Dean and life in general. I loved how you used the description of Dean's hands as a segue into his life as a hunter. I thought it was cute how Dean got little Sammy to train. I liked the scene with Dean and Connie. It offered Dean a lighter moment after all the thinking he had been doing. It also gave you an opportunity to reference A Red Sky At Morning with Dean's comment about older women. This was fantastic I really enjoyed it.

I liked it. It was a nice reflective piece. Dean is such a deep and introspective character. It would make sense that he would rehash a lot of his inner demons while making sure his body was strong and fit enough to protect what is so precious to him, Sam.

Wow this is such a discriptive and thought provoking piece of writting. It had such a calm feel yet Dean had such termoil in his mind. I could visualize every moment of this story so clearly as if it was a movie. Such a good read, thank you.

It was great with just enough melancholy to make it so. I love Dean more than anything, he's such a great charecter I loved the bit where he struck a pose I can just imagine him doing it and also the look that Sammy would shoot him. lol. Great job x
