Left me a very bittersweet feeling!I haven't seen many fan fictions focusing on other Millenium characters rather than Rip Van Winkle or Schrodinger,Major...This one was a very pleasant change :)

Bravo mate! An excellent piece featuring my favorite Hellsing character :) I really think Dok is underappreciated so its really nice to see a well written and thought provoking piece about him. Excellent job!

hay abra ok ok I admitt it you were rite this is a good story...but for crying out loud if you make a story this good don't make it a one shot did your brain die after you finnished writinng it make it longer do more pages stop wasting your talent on one shot's!

So little credit ist given to Herr Dok. I sometimes think that it is he that, well, 'brings Millenium to life', if you would. He's been alive far longer than anyone of a forgotten, forsaken war should. I feel deeply for him.

abra this story is truly amaizing there are not enuf words in the english dictionary to describe just how truly amazing this story was I loved it so much ner the end it felt like somthing was tugging at my hart I actually almoste cryed it's so sweet this story is the true art in the world it's writters like you who make everything feel better at any given time

That was so sad and so sweet! I adore how you were really able to get into the Doc's head, and the dark atmosphere of the writing fit very well with the theme. That ending had me crying a bit.

And, let me just say that, as a creepy girl who thinks the Major is sexy, certain parts of this fic made me a very happy fan girl. XD

I hope you write more Hellsing fics, since this one is very good. ;)

I have to say that I'm impressed with this. this is a remarkable look into the mind of the Dok. A really saddening piece of litterature.

What's makes it even more sad is that one day the Dok is going to pay for working alongside the Major. The moment with the mirror at the end, was absolutely heart wrenching.

Everything the Major does just helps to break Dok down.
